The following trash and recycling services are provided to townhome residents:
Trash Pick-up – Tuesdays and Fridays
Recycling – Wednesdays
Recycling of Christmas Trees – Christmas trees will be picked up on January 11. Trees must be free from decorations and placed at the curbside by 6:00 am for collection. Christmas trees placed out for collection after scheduled days will require a bulk/special pick-up at an additional cost of $15.00 per tree.
Bulk Pick Up - Champion will only pickup/dispose of bulk Items that are burnable and weigh less than 40 lbs. All other bulk items will not be picked up by Champion, and are the responsibility of the resident for disposal.
